Q: What is a Digital Collectible?
A: A Digital Collectible is an exclusive token purchased on the Blockchain. The token can unlock exclusive content that is only available to the purchaser. To view the exclusive content you must have a digital wallet that you import or create on the Hot Drops Marketplace to store your digital collectibles in.

Q: How does the Security/Privacy/Restricted access Work?
A: All Hot Drops Digital Collectibles are Safe For Work [SFW] non-explicit content anyone can purchase. It is a collectible that is transferred to your wallet and that you own. If the Digital Collectible contains unlockable mature content, you must have an 18+ age-authenticated Hot Drops account to be able to view the mature content.

Q: How do I purchase a Hot Drops Digital Collectible?
A: To purchase one of our Hottie’s Digital Collectibles, you will need to follow these simple steps:
1. Go to Myhotdrops.com, click on the Hot Drops Marketplace button, create or import a digital wallet, and set up your profile.
2. Select one of the many localized payment options to purchase MATIC tokens to add to your digital wallet or use your existing Metamask or Coinbase Wallet already funded with MATIC.
3. Once your account has been funded with MATIC, you can purchase the digital collectible (if available and not sold out).
4. Once you purchase the Digital Collectible, it will be transferred to your account and digital wallet, where you can see it, use it to access unlockable content or sell it on the Hot Drops Marketplace to other fans. Certain collectibles may also be sold on a secondary marketplace (i.e. Opensea).
Q: What is MATIC and why do I need to purchase it?
A: MATIC is a cryptocurrency, or digital currency token, on the Layer 2 Polygon network. Polygon is an EVM compatible network, meaning that it is built on top of the Ethereum Network foundation. Our digital collectibles are powered by Smart Contracts, which enable us to provide so many of our awesome security, privacy, royalty and gameification mechanisms. Fiat money (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUS, INR, etc.) cannot be sent to a Smart Contract to complete a purchase, as they can only receive cryptocurrencies as payments.
Q: Why did you select MATIC as the cryptocurrency to run your marketplace on?
A: MATIC is a widely respected and utilized cryptocurrency around the world. It is easily purchasable from onramping services. MATIC allows us to provide fast, economical, and environmentally friendly transactions to our customers, as opposed to other networks with high network transaction fees, slower network processing times, and greater environmental impact.
Q: What if I can’t see my Digital Collectible in my Hot Drops account?
A: There are three ways to log in to your Hot Drops account: (1) With your existing cryptocurrency wallet (2) with an email address 3) with an OAuth login via your existing social media accounts. PLEASE NOTE: Each social login method creates a unique wallet address. If you login with a different account later, you won’t see purchases in your other wallets. If you purchase a Digital Collectible in one account, you can transfer the collectible to the other account via a wallet transfer.
Q: What if I have both a MetaMask and Coinbase Wallet?
A: You can only connect one web3 wallet to the Hot Drops Marketplace at a time. You will need to unpin the wallet extension you do not wish to use from your browser while using the Hot Drops Marketplace. When only one of the web3 wallet extensions is active, you will be automatically connected via the Connect Web3 button in the login option menu. Brave and Chrome are the preferred browsers for web3 connection due to their available extensions.
